What exactly does sensAI do?

SensAI is an AI-powered customer support platform that automates responses to customers’ inquiries. It connects to your email inbox, learns your company's communication style from past emails, and uses your knowledge base (FAQs, policies, product docs) to generate appropriate replies to customer inquiries.

What channels do you currently support?

We're currently supporting email automation from Gmail and Outlook. We're building toward a multi-channel platform that will soon include WhatsApp and phone calls.

How is my customer data protected?

All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We are designed to be GDPR compliant and maintain secure infrastructure with regular security reviews. Your data is never used to train AI models for other clients.

What happens if sensAI can't answer an email?

We prioritize accuracy over automation. When our AI doesn't have enough context to answer confidently, it routes the email to your team as 'Action Required' rather than risk disappointing your customers with an incorrect response.
